We've been dealing with this for over 6 months with Amazon. We've called amazon on more than a dozen occasions, they've told us they are going to email the technical team to look into it, and we never hear back, ever.

We've been trying to upload our sales tax ID to the Tax Exemption program, and anytime we upload our resale certification ID number as requested in the prompts for verification, it keeps telling me invalid value.

This has resulted in over $5,000 in sales taxes being shoveled out by our company on products we should not have to be paying sales tax on because these items are for resale in our store inventory.

This is resulting in huge headaches, having to open multiple distribution accounts with multiple companies.
