Keep receiving unverified one-star reviews
Keep receiving unverified one-star reviews. These reviews are posted on the same day, I click the "Report" button and emailed the community team, but didn't received any response.
Last week, I emailed community team about verified one-star reviews, also didn't get any response.
Generally, I only receive 3-5 reviews per month as a new seller, however, I received over 20 one-star malicous reviews this month, most are posted on the same day, I reported this issue to Amazon team, no one dealing with it. Poor review system!
