Unable to update bank account. When we try to update, it says, "Forbidden. You do not have the rights to perform this action." Pending case ID 15002445621 has gotten nowhere after nearly 3 days. I was able to successfully update our new bank account for Amazon Pay and elsewhere, but cannot update it on Amazon.com. Error message is Forbidden. You do not have the rights to perform this action. The INFORM act stuff was completed already. So it has nothing to do with that. One of the reps said it was because our info hasn't been confirmed in Europe. Well, we don't sell in Europe. Support seems to get worse and worse and I am confident it won't be resolved quickly through normal support channels. Should not be this difficult.

Go in your settings - click "User permissions". Do you see a "Delete" button on the right side of the email address you use?

Thanks for everyone who replied. It turns out the issue was related to our Amazon/Goldman Sachs line of credit. Essentially, Goldman controls your ability to get disbursements. You cannot make a bank account change on Amazon without updating it through Goldman first. Once approved, they then tell you that it is now okay to change it on Amazon. Not good business. But we got it sorted out. None of the other stuff provided will work since Goldman is controlling the funds.
