Can anyone clarify? Listing Quality Dashboard issue.

How can this happen? Is it a problem?

My Listing Quality Dashboard reports I have a "Brand Protection Issue".

Please see the image. We are not Brand Registered and no SKU or ASIN is listed. Why?

Shockingly, seller support doesn't have a clue. Any insights from my colleagues? :-)
