You have high days of supply for this SKU in our fulfillment centers. BUT Low Stock - make it make sense

Make it make sense. I have a product that I sold 57 units in the last 30 days, and I only have 17 days of supply. They're telling me that I have LOW STOCK but can't send a single unit in - make it make sense

I found the issue, and it has nothing to do with inventory. On the FBA Inventory page, all ASIN's that cannot be sent, have Edit Listing instead of Send to FBA. When you press on the Edit Listing, it forwards you to edit the listing and look for (!), but there are none. I have 75 ASIN's that it won't allow me to send even 1 unit that has that marking, and all the others that have Send to FBA, I can send as many as I want, regardless of the replenishment status. This definitely can't be a coincidence, there are no exceptions. All those with Edit will not be sent, even to AWD.

Nobody else picked up on that, and that is why Seller Support is just giving the obvious answer and nobody upstairs knows there is an issue with the system. I, myself, caught up to that by mistake, trying to find the status of my inventory.

same here ,I think Amazon is using this restriction to force seller to send inventory to AWD ,then they can make more money.

Hello @Seller_hAfKjTVXrPy2Y amd @Seller_Wg8c0rBFc4PqO

Thanks for those questions about "high days of supply" messages when attempting to create shipments. We have received several questions recently about shipment creation restrictions, and we are sharing the questions and feedback with our partner teams. We also shared your reports of issues with the "Edit Listing" feature.

If you have filed a support ticket about an ASIN you believe is being restricted in error, please share the Case ID for us to pass on to our partner teams.

We will follow up in the forums with any information available to sellers about how and when they can ship in additional inventory.

In the meantime: the FBA team created the following help pages about FBA inventory policies and process:

Managing FBA product level shipment restrictions

Having the same issue as well, about 90% of our ASINS (out of 79 total FBA) are all receiving the same error message (You have high days of supply for this SKU in our fulfillment centers. Remove this SKU from the shipment), despite all of the 25 ASINS that I would like to send having relatively low inventory and are being requested for shipment in quantities higher than what I would like to send (also at 60% total capacity). None of my products are seasonal, restricted or hazmat eligible, we sell the same products all year (sans chocolate) at rather large rates, we send 15 - 24 pallets (8,000 - 12,000 units) every 2 to 3 weeks. The ASINs that I can send, I'm able to send over 10 times the requested quantity with no issue. Spent my entire Monday on the phone with various levels of Amazon support, as well as reaching out to anyone I know in the company, pleading for help. The irony is we are receiving notifications from Amazon about replenishing low inventory...

One thing that I did notice was that a huge swath of our product titles were flagged for "redundant language" and that on the FBA Inventory UI, the button on the right for recommended action (which usually defaults to Send to FBA) is replaced with "Edit Listing", this has also been reported by other people. Could the be a correlation between these two issues? It's possible, there could be a bug or error in the code that is causing this, or it could be completely irrelevant, just one thing that I noticed. If it is the titles, may some kind of deity help us, because getting titles successfully changed has about a 10% chance of actually being reflected and opening tickets for each one is a logistical headache. Some people have also said theorized that Amazon is reading 90 day sales data, extrapolating that out for the year, as opposed to looking at the entire year, and that's what's triggering this error.

I'm seriously losing my mind about this, not to mention the irregularities that I'm seeing in my inventory... I was told in a case resolution that they could manually override the quantity limit to 999,999, which they apparently did, but still received the same error message... One rep told me there was a restriction on my products that would be lifted on July 8th, although 2 other reps could not confirm this but I saw someone mention something similar in another thread. Clearly something is broken on their end, as this has nothing to do with excessive inventory. We ship FTL only and I'm really not willing to go back to LTL shipments, we've had too many issues with them and this is absolutely breaking us right now...

I should also note that we are ineligible for AWD, as our products are perishable and AWD does not accept items with that condition.
