Identity Re-Verification Failed
I tried to re-verify my identity after a long period of inactivity. I am an individual seller rather than the owner of a business, so the first time I did identity verification, pictures of my ID and a bank statement were sufficient. This time around, I changed a couple of things while leaving up the photo of my ID that I had uploaded the first time. One: I currently live at a place other than my house, so I changed the address on the verification page to that new one. Two: For the bank statement, I uploaded a new photo of the statement for a more recent month. Within about half a day, I got a e-mail from Amazon saying they couldn’t verify my identity based on the documents.
I have two ideas of what the problem may be: One, not providing a new picture of the same ID; or two, living at a new address that doesn’t appear on either the ID or the bank statement. Is one of these (or are both of these) the problem?

It's all the problem. First, addresses do not match. Second, per your post you are sending "photos" of documents-you need to scan and upload cleat and legible documentation.
