Two UPC links with ASIN and Other ASIN has no UPC

We have two ASINs and facings the issue like one ASIN has UPC and other ASIN has no UPC, amazon support team taking too much time and issue is not resolved from the last 2 weeks. Please suggest a solution how we can fix the issue.
