Inventory stuck in FC Processing for months with no resolution for Seller Support

Hoping some moderators can jump in to help on Case ID 12721462981 which was opened in early May 2023 with no resolution. Many ASINs affected with hundreds of units of inventory stuck in "FC Processing" for months...not even "FC Transfer" nor is the inventory marked stranded. All shipments confirmed receipt at Amazon months ago but inventory just sitting there and Seller Support can't seem to resolve. These are well established Brand Managed ASINs sold for years on Amazon with proper labelling of outer shipping cartons as well as individual units being properly labelled for each of multiple ASINs.

Anyone else seeing this hold up in inventory not being made available to customers? @KJ_Amazon

Hi @Seller_btw1hdzhQ4dCW, I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations. From your case I can see it is still being worked and many of your units are currently involved in FC transfers that should be reflected on inventory ledger. That said feel free to tag us if you don't receive response from the support team on your case in a short time and we'll escalate for response if neeeded.

I've got the same problem and have received the same answer. Mine have been stuck for about a month now. I sell only books. I have received a recent reply from Seller Support that they will look into it further. Mine is Case # 13642401761.
