The account has not been activated

On April 11, 2023 I got the message "You are not required to complete video call verification at this time. Once our Seller Identity Verification team verifies your details, we will reach out with instructions on the next step in the registration process."

But currently, my account is still not activated and I have not received any contact or notification from Amazon

Please help
