Inventory in Amazon FBA for Months - Only 1 Competing Offer - Same Price - 0.1% Buy Box Rotation

Hi,

@Tiff_Amazon @Dougal_Amazon @Rose_Amazon I have been having issues with Amazon FBA for a while now and I am not sure what to do. I sent in 5 units to FBA with only one competing offer. The competing offer is listed at the same exact price and I had the units sent in on September. It is now December and I was forced to create multi-channel fulfillment orders to remove the inventory as it has become aged. During the entire 3-months, we received a 0.1% buy box percentage (which is what my reports tells me) even though my account says we are featured offer eligible and my inventory is FBA. What can be done to rotate out more on FBA? This is currently my Amazon Renewed Account which I tried sending in inventory in as a test to see if my bigger/older account is inherently messed up (we have been on Amazon since 2008 and used to do FBA with no issues all the time). The gentleman that helped set up this account told me I should try sending in new inventory to see if I saw the same issues. This issue seems to be happening on both accounts however. I receive close to 0% buy box percentage if there is a competing offer and my inventory becomes aged and needs to be removed. This started around COVID and has never fixed itself. I truly need help to find out why my accounts never rotate so I can get back to selling to the best of my ability. Thank you.
