Hyperwallet returned but Amazon is saying no payment is returned
Back in November 2024, I sent 3 payments to Hyperwallet but then due to some reason of verification my Hyperwallet account got closed ow they are saying that the payment was returned to Amazon and also provided proof that showing the payments were returned to Amazon on 11 January but even till today they are saying the payment never returned to them.
I have contacted both Amazon and Hyperwallet multiple times but was of no use has anyone ever faced this issue and were you able to get that money back?

I was looking into this, and it seems like effective October 1, 2024 there was a policy change for having a direct link through Seller Central. You can refer to the Payment Service Provider (PSP) FAQ or use Amazon Currency Converter for sellers (ACCS) for your disbursement needs.
