I am writing to dispute the negative email I received in response to my previous request for funds associated with my suspended merchant account. My account has been deactivated since 12/27/2023 due to Drop Shipping Policy Violation. I had a video call on August 5, 2024 to be paid my funds. I answered all the questions and showed all the documents that were asked. As requested, I provided you with the amazon invoices and payoneer document information to open my suspended account.

After my merchant account was deactivated, I had a risk heart disease and was placed under surveillance. Therefore, I was able to participate in the video call for the distribution of my funds 8 months after my account was deactivated. I have been waiting for my funds for a long time and urgently need them due to cash flow issues for my own care. I hope you can understand my situation.

By the way, I suspect that this negative decision may be related to my son (Muhammed Aslan). We were unable to provide the official with sufficient information about my son (Muhammed Aslan) in the video call during the call for funds. However, my son (Muhammed Aslan) and we answered all the questions asked. We registered and managed this account entirely with my son (Muhammed Aslan).
