How can I do? My shipment has arrived Amazon warehouse for 14days, still in "delivered" status

My small parcel shipment was delivered to the Amazon warehouse via DHL on 4.14, but is still in a delivered status. My products are seasonal and out of stock. I have opened several cases and customer service has told me to wait. What else should I do?

Amazon continues to increase fees while delivery performance deteriorates, particularly due to issues with fulfillment center transfers. Their warehouse operations have become significantly slower since 2025 began, severely impacting my sales cycle. I can no longer determine shipment quantities based solely on sales volume because Amazon's inbound processing times have become excessively long and unpredictable.

May I ask which warehouse you are stuck at? My shipments to the ABQ2 warehouse have been stuck for 12 days and 4 days respectively!
