Hello, We recently created a new ASIN. We are brand registered and fully compliant with FDA, UL Certified, cGMP, etc. Amazon just says they are not accepting applications for Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s). They didn't provide a timeline. Any assitance would be appreciated.

This seems to be happening a lot for both new and relatively new Amazon sellers.
Even sellers who were selling via FBA have not been allowed to restock their OTC supplements.
Older sellers who have been selling for twenty years or so have not been affected so far.

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon has implemented additional restrictions for ingestible Brands, a.k.a dietary supplements. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for ingestible brands at this time.
If you feel that the categorization is wrong, please reach out to Seller Support so they can investigate this for you. If you are able to get this re-categorized, please provide me with the new case ID so I can look into this further for you.
If you are a brand owner, I recommend working with an attorney experienced in IP and the trademark office to understand the best path forward for you to have intellectual property in the updated product class.
I know this is not the outcome that you were hoping for, but I thank you for your understanding.
