I have published on all my ASINs the brand story that I have brand registry. And still nothing - just not getting approved, this has already been going on already over two months.

In my experience, I never received any communication that I was approved for Premium A+ content. When the month changed over, I was expecting some kind of communication, but nada.
But I went ahead and clicked on the "Start Creating A+ Content" button and immediately saw the Premium option... as shown in screenshot
