The buyer repeatedly purchased my FBA products, then refunded and damaged the products for various reasons. What should I do?

Hi everyone

I recently met a buyer who repeatedly purchased my FBA products and then exchanged and returned them for different reasons (found a more favorable price, purchased without consent, no longer wanted), and all the returned goods have been damaged by the buyer (or not returned at all). The buyer has caused me a direct loss of more than $1000. However, this is not over yet. The buyer has ordered 5 more pieces of the product and is waiting for Amazon logistics to ship them. I tried to contact this buyer, but they refused the email from the seller. I think this buyer is maliciously placing an order for my goods, with the intention of causing me financial losses or for some other purpose. Even so, the Amazon platform did not provide any help or stop this buyer's behavior. What should I do when encountering such a buyer?

It's FBA. You gave all control to Amazon. Sounds like a competitor taking you out and Amazon wont care. They get fees for every sale, fake or not and can charge you for the returns as well. No loss to them, no care.
