Featured Offer Eligibility Status Removed Again - Please Help

Hello Manny and Amazon Seller Support crew,

You helped bring back my Featured Status and Buy Box two months ago. It has been working great. I had waited a year and a half, and getting Featured Status back made a massive difference. I have been paying Amazon for advertising and my account is fully healthy. All orders are processed on time, and customers are very happy. Yesterday Featured Status was lost on all but two of my products. Now sales are down to zero again. There is no reason for me to lose Featured Status. My account is healthy and customers are giving me 5 star reviews. Please help me again! I depend on my Amazon sales to make a living. Note that two of my products still have featured status. There is no reason for me to lose Featured Status on my products. I am a branded store and I follow all policies.

Hi guys. My sales have dropped to near zero. I know that Buy Box and Featured Status being dropped happens to many many sellers. I have a healthy account, I ship on time, and I have all 5 star reviews. Please help me. I make a living off of my sales. Having no sales for a week is catastrophic. Affected ASINs are listed above in my first post. I truly appreciate all of you guys. Without you, we would be in trouble. :)

Please refer my account for a Featured Status eligibility review. My account is fully healthy, happy customers, on-time shipping, 5 star reviews. Featured Status dropped on all of my ASINs except two about 9 days ago. There is not reason for this to happen. My sales have dropped by 95%. Please help me. I rely on my sales to support my family. I have contacted Seller Support in the past, on multiple occasions and got the cut and paste response. @Manny_Amazon helped me two months ago and did a review. My Featured Status and Buy Box returned within a few days thanks to his help. Now the algo removed eligibility for no reason again. Thank you in advance for your help. Is there any way that this situation can be prevented from happening? I am just beside myself here wondering why it happens to all of us?
