We had this problem with about 10-20 ASINS two weeks ago and I had been going back and forth with Amazon to resolve it to no avail. Then yesterday progressed to the point where it was almost all of our listings (over 500 listings) that have been searched suppressed for "product description required but not supplied". However the product description is there. These are all listings that have been live for years some 5+ years. We are the original creators of the listings and the only one that has an offer for these listings.

For some reason on the live listings that have been search suppressed all the information such as the bullet points and product description no longer is appearing. But when I go to edit the listings all the information including product descriptions shows as there.

I've been going back and forth with Amazon seller support via cases and phone calls. No one seems to know what is happening on their end. I've been asked to do a couple different things by them and nothing works.

I don't know what to do. I am literally on the verge of tears, all of these listings the sales completely tanked since this happened. I have 30 employees and I rely on these sales as Amazon to pay them as it is the majority of our business by a wide margin. I've been growing this business for the last 10 years and this is going to be crippling if I can't get it resolved in a timely matter. I have no idea how I am going to make payroll in a without these sales. Please help!
