Advertising Costs went 3 times up
I have a small store. Usually, every two weeks I get a $500 charge for advertising costs.
However, this time I got a $1,500 plus charge for advertising costs. I contacted help in Amazon ads and the only thing they tell me is that "I will receive a charge every time my spending limit of $500 is met." This means that this period of two weeks I reached that limit 3 times. Sales for sure, are not showing any increase.
I have no idea how this happened and I can't afford that amount, considering that it is 35% of my income for this period.
Like I said, my store is very small. I would not mind paying that amount or more if sales had increased proportionally. But that didn't happen.
I need someone who can take a look at my campaigns and help me understand how to adjust them.
Can you guys tell me how you handle your advertising campaigns? Do you guys do it by yourselves or do you hire someone from outside to handle them?
I need to increase my sales, not my costs. Please help.

Do you have the targeting at "fixed" bidding or "dynamic" (up and down bidding?

Hell @Seller_HjtMzbtk7NOje- appreciate you posting this. I can confirm that connecting with the Advertising Support team for individualized guidance will be your best next step as the forums team wouldn't have the ability to view your campaigns at all.
