Negative feedback that was a product review not being removed.

I received a negative feedback for a Nintendo 3ds XL (ASIN B084YWL3WB) I sold that has a picture of the product as it was originally released. In the renewed listing, it specifically states:

"Amazon Renewed products will be packaged in either original packaging or in a new and clean cardboard box."

The negative feedback reads:

"Where’s the box shown in the picture .. it came in a plain box with bubble wrap. Which I appreciate but I wanted it exactly as the picture showed."

My understanding that if the feedback is solely a product review, the feedback can be removed. After escalating to support I am met with the same robotic response, that the feedback is not removable because it doesn't meet the guideline of being a product review. But clearly based on the description of the item, and the nature of the feedback, this is completely and wholely a complaint about the product even though it was shipped as described.

Is there a way to get further help with the feedback to be removed? Support has asked me to stop requesting removal without providing further explanation.
