Listing Deacativated, Unable to Request Approval due to not being a USA Resident but we are an US LLC
Any idea how to solve this, we are an US LLC but still unable to my listing for approval even though we are an US resident.
I have raised multiple cases to Seller Support and they kept sending automated responses.

"Your account does not qualify
- To sell pesticides and pesticide devices on Amazon.com, you must be a resident of the USA. For more information, please refer to our Pesticides and Pesticide Devices policy."

Having a LLC registered in the US is NOT the same as being a resident of the US.
Pesticides may only be sold by sellers physically residing in the US and shipping FROM the US.

Thank you for reaching out with your questions regarding Pest control products and pesticides. @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI is correct that these products can only be sold by a resident of the US and locating your business in the United States is not sufficient to be eligible for approval . If your account was not created and approved with documentation from a resident of the United States, you will not be able to list in this category. Thank you for your understanding.
