A-Z Claim for 2x order amount GRANTED and taken from our account after customer was already refunded

Customer returned a dress completely trashed with disgusting stains all over and tears, dress was auto-refunded by Amazon at first scan.

We filed a SAFE-T claim and sent in pics, which was granted to us.

Original order amount was $79. Customer filed an A-Z claim for $166 saying they were double charged for the item.

No double charges showed up in our records, we told them if this happened it was something internal with Amazon and to contact them about it, we left a note on the A-Z claim saying that the original order was only $79 and that's all they should have been originally charged, and that if they were double charged then Amazon should pay them back and fix the error.

Amazon then grants them a claim and takes $166 from our account (for a $79 order that was already determined by the SAFE-T claim team to be buyer damaged and granted to us)

What sane person can look at this case and take $166 from our account for a $79 order? This makes NO SENSE.

Can a mod help me out here? I'm not sure how this is not considered theft or fraud... There should have been no claim granted. If Amazon double charged for the original order, we did not receive the funds and they should not be taking double the original order amount from our balance. If they didn't double charge, they should be reporting the buyer who has already shown to be dishonest with their return. Any help is appreciated. The SAFE-T team already granted this in our behalf based on the pics of the return, so there should be no claim granted against us.
