"You currently have limited access to your account"

According to seller support and account health teams my account is healthy and there is no problem. But this error is shown in my account info page WHICH I BELEIVE IS TGE REASON ALL MY FUNDS ARE KEPT IN ACCOUNT LEVEL RESERVE: "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.

We are unable to verify your Identity information!We are not able to verify the information you provided. As a result, your account currently has limited access to Amazon Selling Services. Please contact Seller Support for information on reactivating your account.Contact Us".

I HAVE TO ADD THAT DUE TO A TECHNICAL GLITCH MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED FOR ONE MONTH.

I am really tired of these problems that never are solved. It seems that for the last year I have been paying amazon Bi-weekly.
