Anyone know how to request liability insurance re-evaluation? i believe my sales have dropped below the monthly minimum to be required to carry amazon liability insurance. Not asking IF I should have it, I'm asking if Amazon required coverage amount can be re-evaluated based on my current business trend. Thanks!

I think the only way you're going to get an answer to this is to let it run out and see if Amazon forces you to get it again.
I'm in the same situation as you. In fact, mine is worse because I only met that minimum once in 15 years of selling.

Under section 9 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, you must obtain and maintain commercial liability insurance within 30 days after exceeding USD 10,000 in gross proceeds in sales in one month on Amazon.com, or if otherwise requested by us.

How do I renew my commercial liability insurance policy?

My sales at have dropped drastically since I’ve first been required to have insurance. I’ve read the Help page for Commercial Liability Insurance Policy that Amazon will consider exceptions to these requirements on a case-by-case basis. Due to the low number of sales over the past couple years, I’m trying to cut expenses; requesting through Amazon Seller Support if, please, would they lift the requirement for me to maintain insurance? Or, if this request should be submitted in another way, could they guide me to the correct process? Their reply did not answer my question so I asked again—three times with slight variations to clarify my question of how will I know if it is okay to drop insurance? Each reply evaded the actual question and looked much like @Cooper_Amazon ’s reply. If our questions can be properly addressed I would be so grateful.
