Got A-Z Claim Totally Wrong and Appeal Rejected

I hope you are fine.

I write this appeal for removal of A-Z claim given by Order ID 111-2596478-*******. Customer purchased product on Sep 8, 2024 9:15 AM. and promise date of delivery is Sep 18, 2024 1:59 AM. We shipped mostly order within 1 day instead of waiting last ship by date. We shipped this order on next day Mon, Sep 9, 2024 5:19 PM.. and product was delivered on Sat, Sep 14, 2024 3:19 PM which is 4 days before promise date.

We shipped order by using services UPS surepost under tracking id 1ZC1G375YW********. UPS forward your item to USPS and USPS delivered customer item on Sat, Sep 14, 2024 under the tracking id 926129033686225415*******.

We have both carrier proof of delivery and you confirmed by see tracking id's.

Same message we sent to customer when he/she demand refund. We also provide links and proof of delivery to customers but they claim A-Z.

Same appeal was submit to amazon by provide links and proof of delivery but granted and rejected appeal.

Further the date of claim is same as date of promise date. We hide tracking IDs and order ID here just for privacy and reference. We response to customer within 2-3 hours when they want refund. Before submit appeal I contact through amazon through open case ID 160450***** they said don't worries submit appeal. This is first A-Z claim i got in this year 2024
