Shipment flagged with no discrepancies?
Has anyone seen this before and know what to do? We had 4 of these in a row.
- We had a shipment received in full, closed without issue.
- Then, we got hit with shipment discrepancies, after the shipment was closed.
- When I look at the shipment, it is all there. But the flag says it isn't.
When I ask seller support to remove the flag since there are no discrepancies and never were any... I have no idea what their answer means:
Thanking you for contacting us, 1 unit of (FNSKUA) is adjusted with (FNSKUB) as such no overage was found. Problem remains same.
