Changed Handling Time to 1 Day -- 15 Minutes Later it Reverts Back to 0 Days
In my Shipping Settings, I have my default handling time set to 1 day. Automated handling time is "Not active".
A few days ago, the handling time at the SKU level suddenly became 0. I fixed it but uploading a file to change to 1 day. Shortly thereafter 0 again. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
Testing it and checking it every few minutes, I see that when I adjust handling time to 1 day, it automatically changes back to 0 days after 15-20 mintues.
I've tested by file upload and by manually editing the handling time setting on the SKU using Edit Listing button. If I recheck in 5-10 mintues it still says 1 day. But after another 5-10 minutes the handling time has reverted back to 0.
There must be some setting someplace over riding this or this preventing updates to the SKU level handling time to stick.
Anyone have any experience with this or have any idea what is causing it? I don't see other threads about it so it seems to be more account specific.

Any chance you have any third-party apps connected to your Amazon account that could be sending over the handling time data? I use one to manage my inventory across all our storefronts, and it can send Amazon handling time data at the SKU level, which will overwrite whatever has been set on the Amazon side.
