Hello Amazon USA,

I need assistance with my USA seller account. My previous phone number, which was used for account verification, has been deactivated by the provider, and I can no longer receive security codes.

I reached out to Amazon support earlier and was sent a link for video verification of my documents. However, the link was empty and nothing appeared when I opened it.

Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?
