My wife purchased an established brick-n-mortar business in July, which has no online or 3P marketplace experience - and she is looking to expand into an Amazon seller account. She currently uses Quickbooks retail POS, and doesn't have the functionality needed to be on Amazon (IMHO). She is looking to find a SaaS or enterprise software system that can manage the accounting, inventory, physical (retail) sales and inventory management on Amazon.

Example: I have 10 coffee mugs; I sell 2 in the retail store - is there a software that interacts with an Amazon seller's account and instantly updates the current inventory to 8 within my Amazon account? Also looking for the system to auto upload current amazon sales within the accounting system to account for COGS, selling price, shipping cost and seller / transaction fees? Invoicing and inventory management have been challenges we've seen with our current business. The ability to run order forecasting reports would also be on the top of her priority list. Anyone have a software they are using to manage a small brick-n-mortar with 10,000 skus?
