My Amazon Account Deactivated Because of Relation to Another Account
I have a signed affidavit stating the relation between the two accounts and my personal bank statements which is exactly what Amazon requested from me but they keep denying my appeal requests. I have submitted two appeal requests which both were denied in under 30 minutes. I am trying to figure out what I should do because Amazon is not telling me what other information they need or what documents are not sufficient. They are just telling me to wait for the other account which is not under my name and I cannot do anything about it because it is not my account. Can any Amazon employees please help me with this? Thank You

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that you have been seeing. I understand our team has concerns regarding the association between your account and another. If you were, then our team will have been obligated to take action due to the set up of our multiple accounts policy.
Have you verified that the bank account is the only association? Have you attempted to provide the information once more? What is the association to the other account?
Were you associated at the time of the impact to your account? This could mean that you will need to allow the other account owner to resolve their issues for you to resolve yours.
