Transparency Program - No reply from Amazon after 6 weeks and several attempts to register interest.
We have been trying to enrol in the Amazon Transparency program for the last 6 weeks. We have made several attempts to register interest and also email them directly without any reply.
We are Brand Registered, have a Registered Trademark, and are the Manufacturer of our products.
Is there anyway for the Transparency team to contact us? Our listings are getting hammered with hijackers

My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. I understand how frustrating could be, at this moment Transparency program in order to work properly, the trademark of the Brand products will need to be approved. If Trademark (TM) is showing pending the program will not be active entirely.
After Trademark is been approved register, our advice is to contact directly the support channel for them to review your product to be enrolled.
