Been selling on Amazon for 10+ years. Never seen it this bad with USPS. For the last 2 months USPS has been only scanning a few packages at drop off, if that, and packages are simply not being scanned at all or only during the last mile delivery.

I have some honest customers who will request a refund because the package is over 3 weeks late then a few days later say they received their package and want to know how to pay for it. When I check tracking on these, it still shows it wasn't delivered nor that the package was even "received" by USPS because no scans are being done.

Any solutions here? Are we now being forced to move to FBA? I already have all my shipping settings for 2 fulfillment days to help cushion these USPS scan delays but now that isn't even enough since they are not scanning until the day of delivery.

Sometimes UPS Ground Saver is too costly to use. We sell mostly lower cost items ($10-$20) so we rely on the lower cost of Ground Saver.
