Over the past few months we've experienced more shipment level problems and discrepancies then we have in the total 6-7 years we've sold on Amazon FBA! We used to have maybe one box a year a pound or so over weight or missing units not checked in. Now it seems like every week we have another unit or box level problem!

The one today tops the list! We've been sending in a lot of a particular unit this past month. The individual unit is 9lbs, 4 fit in a box that is 37.4lbs - 17x11x11, and the box has printing on the outside of it. We also us carton sealing paper tape on all of our shipments.

FBA just restricted our shipment creation ability due a box over weight. When we looked at the photos of this box in the resolve case section, the box isn't even one of ours! The box is 87.50lbs - 18.60x17.80x24.00, has nothing printed on the outside of the box and is sealed with regular packing tape! Further more, this box matched others in our shipment with the same units and amount in each box... all of those boxes where checked in totally fine so how could an overweight issue even be possible on this particular box!?

Does anyone know why these shipment problems with FBA are becoming so frequent and/or the best way to resolve this particular problem?
