Policy Violation Incorrect Variation(s) caused by malicious seller
i had a listing edited to other sellers' brand name maliciouly by some other people a few month ago, i just removed their brand name by asking for help from amazon support here, yesterday i got a pop up saying that i had a warning about policy violation, but no asin related showed, so i contacted amazon seller support about which asin i may have this issue, he send me many asins, only the first asin is owned by me, the rest idk where it came from, i did search some of them on amazon.com, but not result, so i believe there is no reason i would merge with them, and i could get nothing from doing that, it is who edited my brand name merged them so they could have better ratings, now i got a red dot saying that i have a policy violation, in the page there is 1 admit section, i don't want to admit this incorrect variation, since i didnt and will never do it, so i chose appeal button instead of admitting it, wrote some phrases that it isnt my behaviour led to this incorrect variations, showing them all the child asins the amazon seller help who send me, (only the first one is mine), i got a reply a few hours ago, they didnt remove Policy Violation Warnings red dot, still remains 1, i dont understand what their reply means, seems like copying phrases instead of searching whoever edit my listing and merged it with others, please remove the warning from my health page, since i didnt do it, like i said just before and will never. My account is still ok, but a warning for small business like this deserves to resolved.

Hello @Seller_aktpC4RzBl8fh
I appreciate you utilizing the Seller Forums and bringing this issue to our attention.
I see that you are experiencing an incorrect variation violation in your account that started because another seller maliciously edited your listing by placing their brand in the title.
As an reminder, The following prohibited practices can result in your ASIN creation or selling privileges being temporarily or permanently removed:
Changing the product’s detail page (parent or child) to become fundamentally different from the original product listed
- Changing the parent product's detail page so it does not match the children.
- Adding incorrect child variations that are not true variations of the parent product. This includes but is not limited to:
- Adding products that are fundamentally different from the parent ASIN
- Adding products images and/or names that are that are fundamentally different from the parent ASIN
- Adding products that are newer versions or models of the parent ASIN
- Adding multi-pack variations that aren’t manufacturer-created to an already existing parent
For complete information on this policy, refer to ASIN creation policy help page.
In order to understand your specific situation a little more, could you tell me if the brand is part of the Brand registry program?
In this case, for now, I recommend that you address the issue on the ASIN which you recognize, and then we can focus on the other listings that don't belong to you.
In order to successfully appeal, you must first recognize the root cause for which you were found to have violated this policy.
For this reason, I recommend that you carefully review the policy mentioned above and this will lead you to make a decision on what course of action to take to remove the violation. If you find that you have in fact violated this policy, you must file an appeal with the following information:
- The root cause(s) of the policy violation.
- The actions they have taken to resolve the policy violation.
- The steps they have taken to prevent this violation in the future
If you believe there has been an error, you should submit an explanation through the ‘Appeal’ button with the following information:
- How you have not misused ASINs variations.
- Evidence that shows that your account has complied with the ASIN Creation policy.
Unfortunately, in the seller forum, we don't have the ability to remove violations. But if you follow the steps offered above to address the violation (of the ASIN that you recognize) it should resolve the standing violation in the account.
Whatever path you decide to address this violation, whether through appeal or dispute, remember to mention that it refers only to the ASIN's that you recognize, and mention that the other ASINs are not part of your inventory.
If you would also like to provide further insight into the specific issue you are having with your account, the Forums community and I will gladly assist to the best of our ability.
Best regards,
-Saeid
