Address Verification Issue – Utility Bill Requirement
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I am writing to seek guidance regarding the address verification process for my Amazon Seller Account. I have registered my business as BISHARA LLC, which is a US-registered LLC. However, my business operates from Dubai, UAE, and I have provided my Dubai address for my seller account.
Amazon has requested a utility bill for address verification, but I am facing a challenge:
1. DU/Etisalat only issues utility bills in my personal name, not in my LLC’s name.
2. As per their policy, they cannot add my LLC name to the bill.
3. My registered Amazon seller account address includes my LLC name (BISHARA LLC), which does not match the utility bill issued in my personal name.
I want to ensure that my account meets Amazon’s verification requirements. In this situation, can I submit a utility bill in my personal name along with my LLC registration certificate to prove the connection between my business and my personal address?
Alternatively, please advise me on the best way to fulfill Amazon’s utility bill requirement while maintaining my business name on the account.

Have you had a chance to reach out to Seller Support with the above information to get guidance from them? The seller forum is not a direct path to Support and we don't have the same tools and visibility that they have on their end.
