Valid Reference Price Missing
Hi team,
Please look into the reference price of two of our ASINs.
I can see the error "Valid Reference Price Missing" for both of them.
We already have a list price entered in the "Edit listing" tab and it is showing in the detail page.
Please fix this so you can validate the reference price (list price) provided in the backend.

I also have this issue and am unable to create any coupons because it says the reference price is missing but all prices are there and I have not changed anything.

The reference price is not accepted unless there is a history of sale at that price. If the product is sold elsewhere, all pricing found will be considered. If it is your brand or not found elsewhere, the sales history must come from Amazon. You cannot create discounts, without an established, standard sales price.

All three ASINs that were taken down just 90 days ago and haven't sold in the two months since have suffered from this problem. Which is called median price over 90 days? They simply cannot grabbed the reference price because I was taken down 90 days ago and had no sales?

In general if you have provided Reference Price it will only display if it can be validated. If your Reference Price can't be validated, it will not be displayed. I can review your most recent Seller Support Case on this subject but I won't be able to provide specific details why your price is not being validated. Thank you for your understanding.
