I need your help1

Hello,

I've listed two products on amazon, but I can't find them on amazon.

Now i get an email from amazon that a product has been sold and i have to ship it to the other side, but i still can't see it on amazon.

I have written several times with amazon help, unfortunately without result.

Can someone help me here please

Your questions are not very clear.

You find your listed products on the Manage All Inventory page.

If you are filling orders yourself and have received a notice of an order, go to Manage Orders.

Be sure to check the date range on that page. The default range is not a good one.

Michelle at Amazon here. Have you contacted Seller Support yet? They can walk you through how to find your orders so you can get them shipped. You will need to go to the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner of your account and click on Orders>Manage Orders which will give you your orders that you need to ship.

As @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blhas stated, you may want to review Seller University before listing more products.

Please reach out to Seller Support or provide me with the case if you need further help.
