Incorrectly Getting 5665 Error Stating I am misusing another Brand's intellectual property rights

I am the only authorized company allowed to sell Northwoods Bear Products on Amazon. I am simply trying to add a new scent spray (like the multiple others I sell) but now it is telling me I am misusing another brand's intellectual property rights. I have tried to appeal but I continue to receive the same general response. PLEASE HELP!!!
