ASINs incorrectly marked as Trademark misuse
We have received multiple reports of suspected intellectual property violations for the misuse of a protected brand name on our listings. However, the brand name in question is actually part of our brand name. Our brand is registered on Amazon with two words, and the protected brand name is the first word of our brand name.
We have reached out to Seller Partner Support without any resolution. They repeatedly inform us that the protected brand name is in our listings, which, of course, is correct as it forms part of our brand name. Additionally, the other brand's protected trademark is not even registered in the same category as ours; they are in automotive parts, whereas we are trademarked for clothing and apparel.
