Lost Buy Box but on Amazon

Hi,

I am so confused. I see I do not have a buy box for my product. I also see in my seller business reports that I have not had it for a couple days.

When I use incognito browser and search keywords on amazon I find my product listing and the buy box is included

Does anyone know what's going on? Any advice?
