account suspended but reason not given
Hello,
Our account is suspended. They given us 4 boxes asking who registered the account, address etc.We put the information in submitted.
Today we checked our account and it says`` Status: Our evaluation is complete. Submit new information``.
When I go to SUBMIT NEW INFORMATION, I see this;
``If we are requesting more information, check Performance Notifications for the details required in your next submission and add them within the text box below.
If we are requesting additional documentation, please upload the documents and add a description for each document within the text box below.``
I do not see any email or performance notification so I do not know what they are asking for.
I called account health and they do not have any idea.
Can someone help?
