Unified North America seller account subscription Fee charged

Hi everyone.

I tried to search the forum on the topic, doesn't seem like the there's a post has an answer to my specific question.

I have signed up for North America Unified account(NAUA) since the past weekend from Canada.

and my credit card was charged 63.26CAD, listed on my CC statement as "AMZ*Amazon Payments AMZN.CON/BILL, WA" shortly after singing up.

I believe the monthly subscription fee for NAUA is 39.99USD since I checked last time.

that convers to 54.35CAD roughly.

since I'm still new to selling on Amazon, I haven't used any additional services or functions from the seller central besides setting up the account. wondering what could the extra charge be?

clues and answers are much appreciated.

If you have already worked with Selling Partner Support, I’d be happy to start investigating if you could provide me with the case ID.
