Amazon section 3 identity verification no reply

My account was suspended for section 3 identity verification and i was sent a link for video call

When i clicked on the link more than 3 days ago it asked me to either upload a selfie+ national documents or to have a video call.I chose the first option and did the steps now it has been more than 3 days and it says

We are conducting further checks on the information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days.

It’s been more than 2 business days

First, you have posted MULTIPLE times about the SAMER issue which is a violation of policy and just clutters up the Forum with the same problem. Just STOP since every time one of the MODS has to respond to you it just delays things MORE.

About that '2 business days part'---------------

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That 72 hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

Due to the number of accounts that they had to deal with you will be LUCKY if it only takes a week. I saw one post that said it could take up to three or four weeks due to the case load but hopefully not that long.

Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.
