REFUND SCAMS BEWARE! Item never arrived, request refund.
These people may not even actually be the actual customer. The USPS verified delivery, but customer harasses you for a refund anyway. They are NOT fluent in English, and you can see that these 2 customers (One in NH, One in SC) are the same person according to the similarities in their complaint. I personally think they're hacking accounts after delivery to try and gain a refund on a product someone else purchased and received. Sellers report these to Amazon AND to the US Postal Inspectors if you've used USPS. DO NOT AGREE TO REFUND if tracking shows delivered.
Here are messages from these 2 examples...both within 2 weeks. Someone has to stop these scammers.

Why not refund? Please noted that it is not lost from my hand, l've never seen it even! I don't know what happened. which i purchase from your shop, shouldn't you responsible for it? Refund please, otherwise i will report your shop for its worst shopping experience.
Pls believe me , there is no package in the mailbox, I checked it many times, I don’t know what happened! It maybe lost or stolen, Or delivered the wrong address!!! That’s not my wrong, I can’t bear the big loss, refund asap!!! Please understanding!”

“no parcel left there, i have checked many times, also I have checked with my neighbors for the parcel of the order many times, but no result. i haven't find it. it must have been lost. please refund, i can't bear the loss.
Sorry that it did not solve out my problem. I have tried to contact the carrier of my order but it did not work out. Kindly noted that there is no item for me for long time and it makes no sense to keep me waiting. All I need is to get my money back and I do not want it anymore.Thanks
I checked nearby and possible places to have been delivered, the truth is that there is nowhere to locate my package. refund this lost item asap, pls be understandable!”

If you are having problems with scammers wanting refunds for INR, you should most certainly be buying your shipping through Amazon. Then when there is an INR complaint, you instruct the customer to file an A-Z, and Amazon will take care of the rest. Legitimate customers will have no problem (and it still will cost you nothing), and scammers will not file.
