Shipment “Checked in” status not updated for a long time

Hello,@Michelle_Amazon

I created a shipment (FBA181T6R57H) on May 24th and the shipment activity showed "Checked in" status on July 21st, but so far it has been in "Checked in" status for over 30 days.

A few days ago showed that August 22 did not receive in line with the survey, but today it shows that September 13 did not receive to meet the survey, I opened case asked customer service, just let me continue to wait for the survey.

Now my product is out of stock and I've been waiting for the shipment to hit the shelves, I don't know how long it will be, do I need to restock or keep waiting? This has caused me a lot of damage.

What should I do if I encounter this kind of problem?

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

If this is not resolved after that investigation is completed, please let me know so I can then assist further!
