Our listings are removed out of our control
We sell socks and our listings are being removed/deleted.
Reasons:
"Inaccurate information on product detail page"
"This product has been identified as potentially making false claims about fiber content, and improperly references bamboo fibers."
We as the registered brand owner do not have control over the listings we made. Unfortunately this claim of ours is easy to prove if an amazon moderator look into our seller central page and amazon live listings before they are deleted
Those claims about bamboo fiber are not ours. We changed as requested when we first received the notification from amazon
Amazon.com page actually shows wrong information but that's not us who put that information there and cannot do anything about them
There is also a legal disclaimer on our product detail page about dietary supplements that we have nothing to do
Our products are getting videos added from another brand too and we cannot even do anything about them (see case ID 14832727831)
This other brand (toy/puzzle) though, file IP claims on our products and can get them removed.
It took months for us to get them reinstated. Puzzles vs socks. Who knew!
Our listings get their variations separated and become stand alone, or grouped randomly etc but we cannot get them fixed.
Although listings seem in order on our inventory page of seller central with parent and child items under them
So we are waiting to see when all our listings will be deleted and removed without our wrongdoing
We opened another hopeless case with seller "support"! (see case ID 14839443981)
Keeping our fingers and trying not to lose our hope that we may find the right person to look into it
Otherwise amazon is slowly choking us to death by removing our last listings

As you have mentioned in your post, I understand that your listings are being removed due to violations on your account health page. From the information you have provided, it sounds like you have a listing policy violation and a restricted product policy violation.
Per our product detail page rules policy, all information on the product detail page must be accurate for a better customer experience. In order to address these violations, you will need to edit the listings.
Per our restricted product policy, all sellers must follow federal, state and local laws and amazon policies. And must check to make sure the products you are selling are not restricted to sell on amazon. In order to address these violations, you will need to edit the listings, and provide supporting documents showing the products are not what they are flagged for.
For clarification, by not having control over the listing, do you mean that you are not able to edit your listings?
Do you know who added the wrong information to the product detail page?
Have you contacted the catalogue team about this issue? I have reached out to the appropriate team regarding the case ID's you have provided and it looks like you have reached the brand registry team. I would suggest creating a case to contact the catalogue team.
