I don't know what is going on with Amazon but I created my individual seller account and I saw that the account was actually created professionally and I also want my money back $47 because I decided to close the account permanently I hope to get my money back. Normally I should get the money back because I have closed my account permanently and get refund

first your account needs to be downgraded to individual. Then you need to open a case and request your payment back. You will get a refund if you have not used professional selling plan features.

If you do not wish to pay the monthly subscription fee for the Professional plan, I recommend downgrading to the Individual plan first, once you do that, reach out to seller support via this link to request a refund.
