Textile Products Act
For the past 10 days, I have been in a continuous cycle of deleting and relisting my bamboo viscose products due to a flag for the Textiles Products Act. This issue began when I followed instructions to create a new listing and SKU to address a 'Send to Amazon' problem by changing the barcode from an Amazon to a Manufacturer barcode. However, linking the new SKU to an existing ASIN immediately triggered the Textiles Products Act flag, leading to the removal of all my active listings.
Despite ensuring the accuracy of the fabric type, material type, and country of origin in my submissions, I keep encountering feed file error codes 90003836, and my listings are repeatedly removed. I have already opened an appeal case (ID 15029287361), only to be advised to delete and relist, which has not resolved the issue. My most recent case file is 15072142171, and I have another case (ID 15030777161) from March 30, 2024, at 09:08:26 AM CDT that remains unanswered.
Currently the listings are all flagged under Account Health for Restricted Products Policy Violation and need to either 1.) Appeal or 2.) Check the box and Delete/Relist.
I urgently request assistance from level 2/3 support. This situation is untenable, and I need a viable solution.

The same thing happened to me.
I was told by a moderator that they would look into it and I received no response.
So I took the word "bamboo" off of all my titles. Its now just regular toilet paper.
This is my temporary solution until another solution appears.

The same thing happened to me weeks ago, I was able to resolve it by writing by email from seller central to Amazon support and after more than 10 emails back and forth it was resolved, try that way because they move your case to various departments. They put me in direct contact with someone in the listings department. When you send the email you can attach images of the screens where it tells you the problem, I recommend that you send all that evidence and your case will also be recorded every time it responds to you.
