Understanding reasons for FBA return
Hi - for FBM returns there's a clear description of the return reason and one can contact the customer to get some pics etc to dig into more details. Is it possible to do the same for FBA orders? When i get an FBA return, there's usually no explanation, and when i look it up in more detail, there isn't enough commentary to understand what happen.
Is this ok to do or is this frowned upon by Amazon?

The reason is not important because we have to accept the return.
