Need help with SAFE-T claim
Dear community, I need your help.
My claim was denied but it doesn't make any sense. the unit is a Coffee machine, and it is returnable. However, the client never complained about the order and got a full refund. I do not have a return request or any messages from the client.

Why is this happening?
